The picture doesn't do this justice at all.
This is what we will be making for stamp club!
I hope I remember to get more jelly beans! I used them to fill the cup and hold the "flowers" in place. It would be cheaper to get floral foam, but jelly beans are much tastier, and prettier for that matter!
